What size will fit me best? Can I change the size or color of my item after I've placed my order?
Sizing charts are included on applicable pages. Sizes and colors cannot be changed after your order is placed. Please make sure the chosen size for your item is correct as we do not accept returns or exchanges due to stock limitations.
Can I return, exchange or cancel my item?
All sales are final! Items cannot be returned, exchanged or canceled once they've been shipped out. If there is an issue with your order, please contact infokipps@gmail.com so I can help you out!
When will I receive my item after I place my order?
Since I’m a one-person operation, orders can take up to 2-4 business days to process before they are shipped (sometimes slightly longer if I’m having health issues). Shipping speed varies depending on your location. If an item is on backorder, estimated shipping time will be listed in the item description.
My tracking number says my package was delivered but I never received it.
Unfortunately I have no control over how your package is handled or delivered once I ship it out. I recommend that you contact your local postal service/post office to inquire about the location of your package.
Can I change my address on the order?
I cannot change the address on an order once it’s placed. Please double check that the information you enter is complete and correct.
What should I do if my item is damaged when I receive it?
If an item in your order is damaged, please email infokipps@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item and invoice slip that was included in your package.
Do you ship internationally?
Not currently, but we hope to in the future!
